Job Description

A large technology company is looking for a REMOTE Human Resources Operations & Project Manager to join an established team. This person will leverage and build upon their business, operations, and project management skills, while acquiring an end-to-end view of the organization. As an HR Operations and Project Manager, you will leverage your expertise in HR Operations in implementing transformative HR programs, processes, and resources for project implementations and continuous improvement. You will support end-to-end HR people programs in a fast-paced startup-like environment with direct impact on organizational engagement.

The Key Responsibilities Include

1. Determine current state program and process gaps and make recommendations for improved workflows, collaborating with working groups to document future state processes.
2. Create project plans with timelines, identify risks and blockers to execution.
3. Drive logistical support for program event deliverables, including communications, enrollment, attendance/meeting management, and closeout.
4. Capture, document, and manage all project requirements and objectives using appropriate platforms and tools; maintain consistent reporting across projects.
5. Drive innovation, best practices, and achievement of strategic objectives.
6. Use excellent communication skills and initiative to inform, escalate, build consensus, and drive change among stakeholders.
7. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel), SharePoint, and OneDrive.
8. Work cross-functionally with HRBPs, stakeholders, and SMEs to support programs and drive business transformation within HR.
9. Track and report project performance to stakeholders and senior management.
10. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend enhancements.
11. Develop and implement project plans, governance, communication strategies, tools, and structure for effective program delivery.

Skills and Requirements

• 2-5+ years of operations and project management experience leading HR operations and coordinating multiple projects in a high-growth, global organization (preferably in high tech).
• Proven execution skills, attention to detail, and follow-through, especially in onboarding.
• Experience managing end-to-end planning and execution of visible people programs like Onboarding, Management Excellence, Employee Engagement, and Talent Activities.
• Ability to learn quickly and accept new challenges.
• Experience with information systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, shared folders).
• Willing to share technical and business knowledge with team members.
• Strong collaboration, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Relevant project management skills in HCM, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and patience for pursuing overlooked aspects.
• Passion for process improvement and seeking efficiencies.
