Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Project Manager to support national rehab and turn programs for single‑family homes. You will help manage day‑to‑day operations, review budgets, and ensure timely execution while maintaining strong relationships with contractors and vendors.

You will analyze data in Excel, collaborate with market leadership on bidding, and document guidelines for program success. The role requires a proactive, analytical mindset and strong communication in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-Year Associate Degree Preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in residential construction, facility management, reviewing bids/estimates and change orders, and/or property management maintenance coordination.
• Experience reviewing and analyzing large data files, primarily in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of national rehab and turn programs.
• Review all rehab and turn budgets for accuracy and adherence to company standards, including pricing and use of appropriate materials.
• Manage delivery timelines and report on all aspects of the home turnover process.
• Maintain positive working relationships with contractors and contractor representatives.
• Collaborate with market leadership to award all rehab and turn job scopes and budgets to contractors and direct vendors.
• Assist market leadership in ranking and evaluating local contractors, direct vendors, superintendents, and other stakeholders.
• Utilize task-flow management tools, reporting, and dashboards to provide operational reporting to management regularly.
• Foster a friendly, open work environment that supports local markets while driving company initiatives.
• Document program guidelines, training materials, and other tools to aid in the management, oversight, and success of the rehab and turn process.

Who We’re Looking For

• 2‑Year Associate Degree Preferred

• Experience reviewing and analyzing large data files, primarily in Microsoft Excel

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $42,000.00 – $72,800.00, plus an annual discretionary bonus that may apply. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
