Invitation Homes is seeking a Superintendent to oversee full-cycle rehab and turnover of rental homes. You will meet with residents, document conditions, conduct orientations, and manage move-out inspections while coordinating with contractors to ensure timely, quality work.
The role requires a high school diploma, OSHA 10, and at least two years of project management experience across trades. Strong communication, customer service, and willingness to travel are essential.

As a Superintendent at Invitation Homes you are responsible for full-cycle oversight of property rehab and turnover efforts.

The salary range for this position is: $57,862.50 - $100,295.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
