Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing projects, preferably within social services or re-entry programs.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage re-entry projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, counselors, and external partners, to deliver comprehensive support services.
  • Establish project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary to meet goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including community organizations, government agencies, and participants, to foster collaboration and gather feedback.
  • Analyze project data and outcomes to assess effectiveness, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

About the Role:

The Project Manager - Re-Entry will lead and coordinate initiatives aimed at supporting individuals transitioning back into society, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. This role requires managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with community partners, and overseeing program development to enhance re-entry outcomes. The Project Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management to optimize project success and impact. They will also monitor project progress, evaluate effectiveness, and implement improvements based on data-driven insights. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in facilitating successful re-entry experiences that promote long-term stability and community integration.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing projects, preferably within social services or re-entry programs.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience working directly with re-entry populations or within the criminal justice system.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of community resources and social service networks.
  • Experience with data analysis and program evaluation techniques.
