Job summary

EPMA in Victoria, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead rail infrastructure and capital construction initiatives from concept through commissioning.

The role requires hands-on oversight of rail yard development, track systems, and heavy industrial facilities, coordinating with engineers, contractors, rail operators, and regulators to deliver on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of project management experience in construction or capital projects.
• Experience in rail, transportation infrastructure, heavy civil, or industrial environments.
• End-to-end project management (design, permitting, construction, closeout).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contractors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Procore, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Type – Long Term Contract

Location – Victoria, TX – Onsite (Travel required to another site may require)

W2 Employment only

Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of rail infrastructure and capital construction projects (concept through commissioning)
• Oversee projects involving rail yard development, track systems, and heavy industrial facilities
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, rail operators, and regulatory agencies
• Drive budget management, scheduling, cost control, and change orders
