As Project Manager, Client Services, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of healthcare related market research projects accurately and on time through effective communication with internal/external clients. The position demands close contact with the client, making sure the client is fully aware of project status, and that any changes are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and consultation
  • Ability to determine sample strategies and collaborate with sample sources (both domestic and global) to recruit the highest quality respondents within field timeline
  • Interact with and manage vendor relationships
  • Respond to time sensitive client inquiries and resolve problems
  • Develop an understanding of client’s business issues and the industries in which they operate
  • Act as client liaison for questionnaire programming, translations and tabulations as needed.
  • Execute projects to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining project budget.
  • Assigned projects by the Team Lead and/or SVP, Client Services
  • Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in the data collection industry
  • Industry knowledge of Market Research and Pharmaceutical/health care industry
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research process
  • Ability to problem solve and provide clients with suggestions/solutions
  • Customer service driven with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures, as well as recommend operational improvements to increase process efficiency
  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently to solve problems and prioritize tasks
  • Comfort dealing with all levels of external clients
  • Bachelors or equivalent degree preferred
  • Proficient in Excel
