Job summary

Gritter Fancona is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for all activities supporting the development of educational animated videos for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) National Center for PTSD.

The PM oversees contract performance, coordinates resources, manages schedules, and ensures deliverables meet contractual requirements, quality standards, and timelines, while aligning with scientific accuracy and plain language goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience managing projects similar to this task order.
• Experience serving as the primary point of contact between contractor teams and Government clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Contractor's single point of contact for the Government on contract performance.
• Coordinate and manage SME requests across the period of performance.
• Plan, organize, and oversee project activities to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, and resource assignments.
• Coordinate among Government stakeholders, SMEs, scriptwriters, animators, production teams, and reviewers.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, issues and schedule impacts, and resolve them.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with requirements, guidance, and quality standards.
• Facilitate status meetings, updates, and communications with Government representatives.
• Prepare status reports, summaries, and action items.
• Ensure educational materials are evidence-based, accessible, and culturally sensitive.
• Coordinate review cycles and incorporate Government feedback.
• Support collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to promote efficient workflow.
