Job summary

S&F Land Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager / PLS to lead land surveying projects from our Phoenix or Tucson offices. The role requires directing technical staff, performing diverse surveying tasks, and ensuring quality deliverables.

You will work on topographic, ALTA, boundary, and plat surveys, while drafting descriptions for legal documents and coordinating field data analysis. Remote-friendly with fieldwork as needed.

Qualifications

• AZ Professional Land Surveying license required.
• Knowledge of AZ survey laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience directing technical staff on surveying projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of technical staff on land surveying projects.
• Draft topographic, ALTA, boundary and plat surveys.
• Write land descriptions for deeds, easements, leases, or other documents.
• Analyze and process field data with QA/QC.
• Research records and review tasks under supervision.
• Oversee project deliverables and client communication.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.

S&F Land Services is seeking a Project Manager / PLS to report from either our Phoenix or Tucson office. We are looking for an individual with experience directing the work of technical staff, performing a variety of land surveying projects and other office-related survey tasks.

Qualifications

• Professional Land Surveying license in AZ
• Knowledge of AZ survey laws, regulations, and industry standards

The successful candidate would communication with project teams, and/or clients, prep the field work, analyze and adjust the data, and provide oversight and quality-assurance/quality-control of the final deliverables. S&F Land Services is leading the industry in adopting UAS/drone survey and mapping. The candidate will incorporate conventional and remote sensing methods into the daily workflow.
