Job summary

S&F Land Services, LLC in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Project Manager - Professional Land Surveyor to lead surveying projects from proposal through delivery. You will manage schedules, budgets, and client communications, and direct technical staff to produce topographic, ALTA, boundary, and plat surveys using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

The ideal candidate holds Arizona Professional Land Surveying license, knowledge of state surveying laws, and proven experience in field data analysis, record research, and

Qualifications

• Arizona Professional Land Surveying license required.
• Knowledge of Arizona surveying laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and directs topographic, ALTA, boundary, and plat surveys.
• Writes land descriptions for deeds, easements, leases, or other documents.
• Analyzes and processes field data.
• Performs record research and reviews tasks under supervision.
• Oversees project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensures quality control of final deliverables.

S&F Land Services is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to report from our Phoenix, AZ office. We are looking for an individual with experience preparing proposals and estimates, managing project schedules, timelines and budgets, directing the work of technical staff, performing a variety of land surveying projects and other office-related survey tasks.

Qualifications:

• Professional Land Surveying license in Arizona required
• Knowledge of Arizona surveying laws, regulations, and industry standards

The successful candidate would communicate with project teams and/or clients, prep the field work, analyze and adjust the data, and provide oversight and quality-assurance/quality-control of the final deliverables. S&F Land Services is leading the industry in adopting UAS/drone survey and mapping. The successful candidate will incorporate conventional and remote sensing methods into the daily workflow.
