Job summary

Terumo Neuro is seeking a production readiness leader to drive end-to-end planning for new product introductions and market expansions. You will coordinate across R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, and SAP Master Data to ensure on-time, scalable launches.

The role requires 5–7 years of supply chain/industrialization experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and a track record in managing complex programs with DMAIC-style improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, life sciences, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end production readiness planning and execution for new product introductions.
  • Serve as SME for production readiness process and cross-functional milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional integration of GSC into NPI.
  • Maintain integrated production readiness plan and manage dependencies.
  • Develop tracking tools to visualize progress and performance.
  • Support portfolio management via Product Review Meetings.
  • Collaborate on demand/supply planning and S&OP cycles.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem‑solving (DMAIC).
  • Ensure compliance with laws, quality processes, and ethics.

Job description

$116,706.01- $145,882.52 (Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand)

Lead end-to-end production readiness planning and execution for new product introductions and market expansions by acting as the central integrator across cross-functional teams, driving alignment, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring manufacturing and supply chain systems are fully prepared to deliver on-time and scalable product launches.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the production readiness process, with comprehensive knowledge of product launch readiness requirements, critical path milestones, and cross-functional dependencies necessary to achieve successful and on‑time commercialization
  • Lead structured production readiness planning and execution ahead of commercial and clinical builds by coordinating cross-functional communication, integrating functional deliverables, driving core team alignment sessions, and ensuring clarity, accountability, and timely issue resolution
  • Ensure seamless cross-functional integration of Global Supply Chain (GSC) into the New Product Introduction process by acting as the central point of alignment across R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Labeling, Quality, and SAP Master Data
  • Establish and maintain an integrated production readiness plan, manage dependencies, and facilitate timely resolution of risks and issues to ensure end-to-end production readiness, on‑time execution, and continuity of deliverables
  • Develop and maintain integrated tracking tools to visualize the production readiness process, milestone adherence, and project performance
  • Support portfolio management of initiatives governed by Product Review Meetings by ensuring operational readiness alignment and cross-functional visibility
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain on demand/supply planning to ensure alignment with production readiness timelines and participate in the S&OP review cycle as needed
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., DMAIC)
  • Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant supply chain, operation, and industrialization work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships, drive accountability, and facilitate decision‑making
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset with experience applying structured problem‑solving methodologies
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to identify discrepancies, risks, and process gaps
  • Experience leading cross functional teams without direct line reporting authority
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to cross‑functional and leadership audiences
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced degree
  • CAPM, PMP certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools
  • Proficiency in Power BI
  • Knowledge of design control phases for medical devices
  • Experience with PLM and ERP systems
