  • Track project status using structured tools and methods such as Kanban boards, action logs, milestone trackers, and shared calendars.
  • Follow up consistently with stakeholders on commitments, approvals, open items, and deadlines; escalate delays or decisions requiring leadership attention.
  • Coordinate dependencies and handoffs between Product Management, Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and other teams to prevent bottlenecks.
  • Lead effective status meetings, circulate clear action items, and maintain accurate records of decisions, risks, and next steps.
  • Keep seasonal and ongoing initiatives aligned to business priorities and key dates; identify scheduling conflicts early.
  • Improve workflow discipline, project visibility, and communication through practical, repeatable operating processes.
  • Provide concise reporting to leadership on progress, milestones, risks, and required decisions.
Qualifications

  • Self-starter with a high degree of accountability in setting and achieving goals.
  • Strong operational skills and demonstrated success managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Kanban, project tracking, dependency management, milestone planning, and task prioritization; comfort adapting tools to the team’s needs.
  • Excellent follow-through, organization, attention to detail, and ability to drive accountability with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and collaborative project management or workflow tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for building visual communication tools a plus.
  • Experience in apparel, accessories, footwear, sporting goods, or similarly seasonal product-driven businesses strongly preferred; familiarity with cross-functional product development cycles is a plus.
What Success Looks Like
