Based at our brand HQ in Westwood, MA, you will build plans, track deadlines, coordinate dependencies, and lead status meetings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Kanban and project-tracking tools.
• Experience in apparel or seasonal product-driven businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cross-functional project plans and milestones.
• Track status using Kanban boards and milestone trackers.
• Follow up with stakeholders on commitments and deadlines.
• Coordinate handoffs between product teams to prevent bottlenecks.
• Lead status meetings and document actions, risks, and decisions.
• Align initiatives with business priorities and key dates.
• Improve workflow visibility and reporting to leadership.
