Job summary

ARMI is seeking a Project Manager - Process Piping to oversee piping projects from bid to delivery at our Fayetteville, AR location. You will manage budgets, timelines, and quality plans while coordinating with clients, engineers, and field teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and 5–8+ years in industrial process piping, with up to 50% travel. Procore experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred to support our nationwide services and safety culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business Admin/Engineering/Construction and/or 5–8+ years of proven work experience
  • Experience managing projects with Industrial Process & Utility Piping for food processing industry
  • Solid understanding of project management and estimation
  • Strong understanding of process systems, sanitary welding and industrial installations
  • OSHA 30, preferred
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
  • Experience with Procore – Project Management Software (preferred)
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs.
  • Attend and actively participate in onsite bidding meetings as necessary.
  • Develop and adhere to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
  • Ensure all necessary regulations and permits are obtained.
  • Procure materials, tools, equipment, and labor as required.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Utilize Project Management software to monitor changes, update schedules, track progress, manage budgets, and document project advancements.
  • Maintain project schedules by overseeing progress, coordinating activities, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Compile and submit punch lists for project completion.
  • Lead by training, mentoring, and providing guidance to Project Manager I and Foreman.
