Job summary

ARMI Hygienic Systems is seeking a supervisory-level professional for our industrial piping team. You will oversee field crews, interpret drawings, and ensure safe, efficient installation while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Role requires 3+ years in piping with supervisory experience, Procore familiarity, and the ability to travel constantly. You’ll operate equipment, enforce safety, and contribute to project success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in industrial piping with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience with Procore – Project Management Software (preferred).
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to travel 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of the crew and actively participate in daily tasks.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and instructions to layout and execute tasks.
• Operate machinery such as forklifts, scissors lifts, and boom lifts.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintained.
• Attend customer meetings and address project concerns.
• Keep job sites clean and organized after tasks.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Oversee the work of the crew, actively participating in daily tasks and operations.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and work collaboratively with team members.
• Interpret and adhere to drawings, specifications, and instructions to effectively layout and execute project tasks.
• Operate machinery, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts, to facilitate the movement and installation of equipment.
• Oversee and ensure all safety protocols and requirements are met and maintained.
• Attend all required customer meetings, representing the team and addressing any project-related concerns.
• Ensure job sites are cleaned and organized following the completion of tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project and team objectives.

What You Need To Succeed

• Trade school and/or 3+ years’ experience in industrial piping industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience with Procore – Project Management Software (preferred)
• OSHA 30, preferred
• Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to travel 100% of the time.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check
