Job summary

Integrated HomeCare Services (IHCS) in Florida is seeking a Project Manager / Process Engineer to lead cross-functional projects, improve efficiency, and raise service quality across home health operations. You will collaborate with Operations, Technology, Finance, and Compliance to map processes, identify root causes, and implement measurable improvements from discovery to ongoing performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least three years of experience in project management, process engineering, business process improvement, or operational transformation.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, workflow redesign, and performance measurement.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using data to support recommendations.
• Proficiency with project management and process documentation tools, such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Visio, or comparable platforms. Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and influence stakeholders across department

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency, service quality, and organizational performance.
• Translate business needs into practical, measurable improvements; collaborate with Operational Leaders, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and other stakeholders to evaluate workflows and manage initiatives from discovery through implementation and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Projects may span patient intake, referrals, authorizations, care coordination, equipment fulfillment, billing, and other healthcare operations.
