Job summary

Hawthorne Cat in Waipahu, Hawaii is seeking a Project Manager to drive complex generator/ATS projects within our HPC division. You will prepare cost proposals, submittals, and schedules, and coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or engineering degree and 5+ years in power generation or construction, with strong communication, multitasking, and AutoCAD proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or 5 years’ experience in power generation or construction preferred.
• Must have the ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manages generator/ATS projects.
• Coordinates with suppliers on startups and commissioning.
• Develops deliverables including O&Ms, Test Plans, and Training Agendas.
• Provides field support including commissioning and technical support.
