Project Manager/ Portfolio Manager

Location: Mclean, VA | Type: Fulltime

1. At least 7 years of IT experience
2. At least 3 years experience as a Scrum Master
3. At least 3 years experience delivering technical projects
4. Experience in Traditional/Waterfall Project Management
5. High-level of expertise in Agile methodologies
6. Good understanding of technical platforms and systems
7. Proven ability to work with technical teams and resources
8. Expertise in JIRA
9. Expertise in Confluence
10. Working knowledge of Visio
11. Advanced MS-Excel skills
12. Proficiency in MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
13. Experience with SharePoint
14. Experience with MS-Project
15. Experience in building and managing dashboards and reports
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
17. Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership skills
18. Experience developing reports for executive audiences
