Job Description

This role focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management, and other related processes within the business. Project management responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, costing, planning, and managing issues and risks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven experience in managing intermediate to large-scale projects with effective results, utilizing prescribed methodologies. Strong knowledge of project management techniques.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, communication strategies, schedules, role definitions, and risk management plans.
• Proficiency with standard project management software and the ability to quickly learn new tools and train others.
• Problem identification and anticipation skills, with the ability to propose solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Experience consulting with senior project management staff and following established procedures. Projects may impact multiple departments and require team coordination.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least one project management course required.

Experience: 2-4 years in business, engineering, or related fields; degree may be substituted with relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional formal project management training.
• PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification is desirable.
