Job Description

Job Summary

Focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management, and related processes within the business. Project management duties include estimating, scheduling, costing, planning, and managing issues/risks.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Proven experience and results in managing intermediate to large-scale projects with a structured approach. Strong knowledge of project management methods and techniques.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, communication strategies, schedules, role definitions, and risk assessments.
• Proficiency with standard project management software and ability to quickly learn new tools, instructing others as needed.
• Problem identification and anticipation, with the ability to propose solutions to obstacles.
• Experience consulting with senior project management staff and following established procedures. Projects may impact multiple departments and teams.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least one project management course.

Required Experience

2-4 years in business, engineering, or related fields; degree optional with experience.

Preferred Education

Additional formal project management training is a plus.

Preferred Certifications

PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certifications are desirable.

Compensation

Pay Range: $77,969 - $155,508 annually. Actual salary may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.
