Job summary

The Logistics Company, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead contract operations at Fort Stewart, GA. The PM will have full authority to act for the contractor on daily contract matters and oversee CLS services.

Candidates should hold a BS in Facility Management or two of the following certifications (FMP, CFM, SFM) and maintain a Tier 3, Secret clearance for the duration of the contract; the position requires availability 0730-1600, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or two of the following certifications if not in degree: FMP, CFM, or SFM.
• Experience in base support management or similar contract.
• BS in Facility Management or certifications preferred for base operations contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the contract across CLS services.
• Manage personnel, labor, and equipment to maintain and repair facilities.
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Fort Stewart stakeholders and Government facilities as needed.

Job Description:

The PM shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of the contract. The PM shall have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited College or University and five (5) years' experience in base support management or a contract similar in scope and breadth to Base Operation and Support Services for the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Stewart (FS) and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), GA, which includes the overall management, supervision, personnel, labor, generalized or specialized equipment necessary to maintain, repair, operate, and perform the following Common Levels of Support (CLS):

• 411 Facility Maintenance - Vertical
• 420 Facility Maintenance - Horizontal
• 501 Heating and Cooling Services

Requirements:

If the PM doesn't have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Facility Management, then they shall have two (2) of the following certifications:

• Facility Management Professions (FMP)
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
• Sustainability Facility Professional (SFM)

The PM shall be available between 0730 - 1600 hours, Monday through Friday except Federal Holidays or when the Government Facility is closed for administrative reasons. The Project Manager performing work under this contract shall have and maintain a (Tier 3, Secret) clearance at time of the contract start date and for the life of the contract.
