Job summary

A leading defense contractor is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to oversee the entire SOD operation in Fort Carson, Colorado. The PM will ensure compliance with contract terms and manage the performance of employees and subcontractors. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and at least five years of relevant experience, or ten years in Facilities Maintenance. The successful applicant must have a working knowledge of ERP systems and be available 24/7, including Federal Holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of work experience or ten years of verifiable work experience in Facilities Maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience with Installation Support contracts similar in scope to this job.
• Availability to the KO/COR 24/7 including Federal Holidays.

Job description

• The PM will oversee the entire SOD operation, be responsible for compliance with the contract’s terms and conditions, and for the conduct and performance of the Contractor’s employees, subcontractors and suppliers.
• The PM shall possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in Business Management and demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of work experience, or no less than ten years verifiable work experience in Facilities Maintenance, Public Works Operations and Maintenance, Work Classification, execution of a broad variety of customer concerns and problem resolution, and Installation Support contracts similar in scope and complexity of this Performance Work Statement.
• In addition, the PM shall have a working knowledge of the functionality of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (i.e. GFEBS) in the modules of Finance, Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, and Materials Management. 1.9.1.2.
• The PM shall be available to the KO/COR 24/7 to include recognized Federal Holidays.
