Job summary

American Rooter & Drain is seeking a Project Manager (Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical Installs) in Caldwell, ID. This full-time role focuses on ensuring project quality, customer satisfaction, and successful completion while supporting permitting processes, including septic permits.

You will resolve customer concerns, monitor progress, and collaborate with field teams to grow the business. Salaried position with benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 6 months to 1 year of related experience in project management, customer service, or field operations.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or construction industries (preferred).
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer concerns and verify work meets company standards.
• Address issues professionally and build customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and cross-trade opportunities.
• Monitor job progress, workmanship, and compliance for successful completion.
• Assist with permits, with primary oversight of septic permitting.
• Work with Operations, Service, and Field Management to support project success.
• Visit jobsites, support crews, and reinforce quality and training.
• Sell projects or set qualified leads when appropriate.
