Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The Project Manager plans, directs, manages, and provides oversight of assigned design and construction projects to ensure the company’s goals and objectives are accomplished within schedule and budget. The role communicates with clients, field staff, estimating team, contractors, and management, coordinating internally and externally with project partners and stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities
  • Partner with Estimation team to review project budgets, timelines, manpower requirements, GC contacts, drawings, specifications, materials and equipment to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Provide feedback on discrepancies between initial budgets and materials to ensure the estimate and specs are complete.
  • Coordinate with Drafting department on drawing requirements.
  • Facilitate assignment of staff to each jobsite per production and job specifications.
  • Coordinate purchasing of materials, review weekly job costs, productive hours, and communication regarding project timelines, issues, scope changes, and subcontractor impacts.
  • Attend weekly Operations Meetings to address costs, completion percentages, update tracking forms, discuss change orders and T&M tickets, anticipated labor, and problem areas.
  • Communicate via email, phone, or in person with GCs, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Document all project aspects via ProCore, email, and official letterhead: meeting notes, agendas, scope changes, etc.
  • Update President and Head Estimator on known issues requiring deadline, material, equipment changes or cost impacts, potential damages, letter updates, lawyer involvement, etc.
  • Provide leadership and direction or training to Foreman as needed to develop talent and skills.
Education and Experience Required
  • 10+ years of demonstrated PM field experience in plumbing and/or piping.
  • At least 5 years of successful leadership of crews and projects.
  • Journeyman Level experience (5+ years of field work or Journeyman License).
  • Master Plumber License preferred (plumbing).
  • Weld Certified (piping).
  • OSHA 30 Certified.
  • Proven ability to drive standardization and best practices.
  • Self-directed, customer-focused, and organized.
  • Creates a collaborative environment with a sense of humor, integrity, and strong relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to travel regionally (work vehicle and fuel card provided).
