Job summary

WSSC Water is seeking a Project Manager for Planning to lead complex projects including facility planning and service line replacement initiatives. This position requires managing a variety of planning programs under general direction, necessitating strong independent judgment and decision-making skills.

Job description

The Project Manager- Planning leads project teams and programs with varying degrees of complexity, principally, but not limited to, the planning, and execution of the lead service line replacement program, master planning and facility planning projects and programs, water supply planning initiatives, and projects and programs resulting from regulatory mandates. This employee works under general direction of a Section Manager with wide latitude for independent judgment and decisions in the execution of a broad range of difficult project management assignments.
