Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Project Manager to deliver and lead PDS projects on-site. You will manage projects from inception to completion, coordinate with clients and teams, and ensure timely, high-quality results within budget.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 4–6 years of PM experience, and proficiency in project management software. PMP is preferred; the position is full-time and on-site in Tucson.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency in project management software; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage projects from inception to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Lead and motivate project teams and foster collaboration across functions.
• Manage stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Track budgets and ensure financial accuracy and control, delivering high-quality results.
