Job summary

You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, coordinating across stakeholders to deliver design and construction initiatives for a financial services/tech client.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in PM/PMO, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years practical experience in a Project Management or PMO position
• At least 2 years in a management capacity
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Process driven with concise reporting
• Ability to collaborate with executive level clients and staff

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a high-performing team through onboarding, training, and performance development
• Oversee project setup ensuring compliance with Client and JLL requirements
• Drive cross-portfolio collaboration to maximize project tool efficiency
• Support PMO and Capital Planning with process improvements
• Manage KPI tracking, analysis, and reporting for the account portfolio
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion JLL tools
