Job summary

Search Max, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in South Florida to own projects from preconstruction through closeout, with budgets, schedules, buyout, and closeout under your control.

You’ll serve as the main contact for owners, architects, and design teams, and work with self-perform crews to keep work moving near Fort Lauderdale. You’ll manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay apps, ensuring high safety, quality, and client satisfaction across a growing pipeline in the South Florida

Qualifications

• PM experience with a commercial GC or ready to step up.
• Strong RFI and submittal management abilities.
• Experience in multifamily, commercial, interiors, hospitality, or renovations.

Responsibilities

• Run projects from start to finish, including budgets, schedules, buyout, and closeout.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay apps.
• Lead subcontractors and partner closely with your superintendent and the self-perform teams.
• Be the main point of contact for owners, architects, and design teams.
• Keep jobs moving, solve problems early, and deliver the way you’d want your own project built.
