Qualifications

  • Familiarity with optical communication systems or high-tech manufacturing.
  • Experience with Agile (system), Jira & Confluence.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between engineering, operations, procurement, and site leadership teams.
  • Identify project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and success.
  • Maintain records of milestones, expenditures, and performance metrics for senior leadership review.
  • Lead regular project status meetings, providing updates and actionable insights to diverse teams across geographic locations.
  • Support adoption of best practices and continuous improvement methodologies within the project management framework.

You have:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
It would be nice if you also had:
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with optical communication systems or related high-tech manufacturing
  • Prior knowledge of Agile (system), Jira & Confluence
