Job Title: Project Manager – Operations & Technology
Salary Range: $100,000 - 140,000
Location: Seattle - Administration
About the Position
The Project Manager – Operations & Technology is a highly collaborative, cross-functional leader responsible for planning, executing, and delivering key enterprise-wide initiatives. This includes high-impact projects in automation, technology implementation, and organizational transformation. This role partners directly with all members of the Executive Team while reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. The position will accelerate strategic priorities and ensure alignment across functions for successful project implementation.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This role does not directly supervise staff but is expected to lead and influence cross-functional project teams. This person is an experienced leader able to bring together teams across the organization and externally to deliver on challenging projects. This person should have experience in setting up a brand new operations site using automation, technology and process improvement to add value to the organization. Responsible for planning, tracking, and coordinating tasks across departments. Will oversee consultants or external vendor deliverables.
