Job summary

Astute Business Solutions is seeking an Offshore Project Manager to join our delivery team in India. This full-time role offers remote work from India and involves managing end-to-end software implementation projects for ERP, cloud migration, and managed services in an IT consulting environment.

The ideal candidate will have 6–7 years in IT project management, familiarity with Oracle Cloud/EBS/PeopleSoft or similar ERP, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–7 years of project management or project coordination experience in an IT consulting, ERP implementation, or professional services environment.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent software implementation, cloud migration, ERP, or managed services projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and functional teams.
• CAPM certification is preferred. PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Banner ERP, or similar enterprise applications is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of small to medium-sized client projects while supporting larger enterprise engagements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource assignments.
• Coordinate project activities across technical consultants, functional consultants, clients, and management.
• Track project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope.
• Monitor project budgets, effort tracking, and resource utilization.
• Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
• Manage change requests and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate closely with senior project managers to support larger strategic initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to Astute's project management methodologies and quality standards.
• Build strong client relationships by providing timely communication and excellent customer service.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the PMO.

We specialize in Oracle Cloud, ERP implementations, managed services, and digital transformation solutions for higher education, public sector, and commercial clients.

We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our offshore delivery team in India.

Job Title: Offshore Project Manager

Location: Remote – India (Offshore)

Employment Type: Full-Time (between 6:30pm IST-2:30am IST)

Salary:₹20–₹24 LPA

Education & Experience

Ideal Candidate

• Experience working for an Oracle Partner, ERP consulting firm, SI, or managed services organization.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Banner ERP, or other enterprise applications.
• Comfortable managing remote teams across multiple time zones.
• Experience coordinating implementation, upgrade, migration, or application support projects.
