Job summary

Maini Consulting Group is seeking an energetic Project Manager to lead Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, and HCM implementations. You will oversee projects from initiation through deployment and post-go-live support, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of project management experience, 4–8 Oracle Cloud deployments, and strong communication with clients. PMP is a plus but not required; travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years total project management experience.

• PMP preferred but not required.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, SCM, or HCM.
• Consulting background preferred.
• Experience managing project financials.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Planner, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot.
• Comfortable working remotely and traveling to clients.

Position Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, and HCM implementation projects from project initiation through deployment and post-go-live support. This role requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
