Job summary

Cardinal Health in the United States seeks a Senior Project Manager to guide multiple sponsored product initiatives from concept through launch and post-launch analysis.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and drive process improvements within a regulated environment, emphasizing communication and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related scientific or technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-8 years of experience in regulated medical/pharma environments.
  • 2-4 years of proven project management experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple sponsored product projects from conception through launch and post-launch analysis.
  • Serves as the primary liaison between internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal) and external sponsors, ensuring clear communication, presentation of project details, alignment, and expectation management.
  • Collaborates with Product and Sales teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics that align with overall sponsored product strategy and revenue goals.
  • Develops and manages detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
  • Facilitates cross-functional collaboration, ensuring all parties are informed, engaged, and accountable for contributions.
  • Continuously identifies opportunities to optimize PM processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Tracks project progress, reports milestones, and conducts post-mortem analyses to capture lessons learned for future initiatives.
  • Ensures all sponsored product deliverables meet high quality standards and align with brand and technical specifications.

Job description

Manufacturing is responsible for cost of production and maintenance activities including process improvement, supply chain management, quality assurance, employee safety and engagement, and environmental commitment.

Nuclear Manufacturing is responsible for the manufacturing of time sensitive radiopharmaceuticals in an integrity driven, highly regulated environment (i.e. FDA, NRC, DOT) to support patient treatment through disease diagnosis, staging, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (scientific or technical), or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 4-8 years of experience preferred (regulated medical and/or pharmaceutical field)
  • 2-4 years of proven project management experience, preferred with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management software and/ or Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • PMP (Project Management), CSM, (Certified Scrum Master) or other relevant project management certification preferred
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working with external clients or partners in a project management capacity.
  • Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools relevant to advertising performance.

Anticipated salary range: $80,900 -$103,950
