Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming in Las Vegas is seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives within Global Supply Chain Operations and New Product Introductions. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Hardware Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Product Management, Sales, and R&D to deliver projects from inception to post-launch.

You will develop timelines, manage deliverables, communicate status and risks, and ensure quality standards across all project outputs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or related area; PMP certification is an advantage.
• Experience in Global Supply Chain or New Product Development is preferred.

• Direct project management activities in Global Supply Chain Operations and New Product Introductions.
• Collaborate with Hardware Engineering, Global Strategic Sourcing, Global Supply and Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, Product Management, Sales, Safety, and R&D teams.

• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliverables.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise in managing projects, ideally within Global Supply Chain or New Product Development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Over 2 years of experience in managing projects or a similar area.
• Skilled in using project management tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a diligent approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or a related area; PMP certification is an advantage.
