Job summary

Francis Cauffman Architects in New Haven, CT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead architecture projects from planning through construction administration and closeout. You will guide design teams, manage client relationships, and ensure project goals, budgets, and schedules are met.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Architecture, 10+ years of architecture experience, and at least 3 years in project management, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.
• Architectural registration strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with an architectural firm (higher education, healthcare, mixed-use, and/or workplace experience preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience focused on project management.
• Strong understanding of design, documentation, construction administration, and project delivery requirements.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes, accessibility requirements, life safety principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or related tools preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client management, collaboration, mentoring, organization, and problem-solving skills.
