Jobgether is seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementations for enterprise clients in a remote-capable environment. You will drive planning, governance, and risk management while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

You will act as the client advocate, report progress, and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements within project management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience managing ERP implementation projects, ideally NetSuite or comparable systems.

Accountabilities

- End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead NetSuite implementation projects through all phases, including planning, design, build, verification, deployment, and transition, ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives.

- Client Relationship Management: Act as the client's advocate throughout each engagement, lead project status meetings, manage expectations, and collaborate with engagement leadership on monthly steering committee meetings.

- Project Planning and Governance: Manage project scope, timelines, work breakdown structures, resource allocation, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining accurate and up-to-date project plans.

- Risk and Change Management: Maintain project risk, assumption, issue, and dependency (RAID) logs; identify and elevate risks proactively; document potential impacts on scope, schedule, and budget; and ensure proposed changes are assessed before implementation.

- Quality and Communication: Ensure project communications and deliverables meet quality standards, provide clear status updates, and support client change management initiatives.

- Resource and Financial Management: Maintain accurate time records, review consultant time entries before billing deadlines, forecast resource utilization and capacity, and communicate budget consumption weekly by project stage, activity, and resource.

- Operational Discipline: Keep project task lists and plans current, update RAID records promptly, and respond to internal guidance and client communications within established business timelines.

- Team Leadership and Development: Coordinate project teams, delegate appropriate work to junior consultants, support their professional development, and ensure effective collaboration across multiple workstreams.

- AI-Enabled Delivery: Apply AI-augmented tools to project planning, governance, risk tracking, status reporting, and knowledge management, while identifying opportunities to improve these practices.

- Knowledge Sharing and Firm Initiatives: Contribute reusable templates, playbooks, lessons learned, and methodology improvements; participate in internal improvement initiatives; and continue developing expertise across NetSuite products, project management tools, and industry domains.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- ERP Implementation Experience: Solid professional experience managing ERP implementation projects, ideally involving NetSuite or comparable enterprise systems.

- Consulting Background: Demonstrated experience managing projects in consulting or professional services environments, with an understanding of client engagement expectations and delivery standards.

- Project and Team Management: Experience leading teams of five or more professionals across multiple workstreams, with the organizational skills to coordinate complex projects and manage several engagements simultaneously.

- Project Governance and Financial Discipline: Strong capability in managing project plans, scope, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, utilization forecasting, time reporting, and delivery risks.

- Client Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Operational Reliability: Consistent attention to detail, timely completion of administrative responsibilities, accurate forecasting, and the ability to incorporate coaching and leadership direction into daily work.

- Virtual Collaboration: Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment while maintaining productive client and team relationships, including leading on-site client workshops when required.

- AI-Enabled Workflows: Comfort working with AI-augmented delivery tools and contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

- Preferred Certifications: Project management certifications such as PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are desirable.

- NetSuite Expertise: NetSuite product experience and relevant certifications are advantageous.

- Advanced Education: An MBA, master's degree, or other advanced qualification is a plus.
