Job summary

Navarro Research and Engineering is seeking a Project Manager in West Mifflin, PA to lead complex technical projects. The role requires close coordination with engineers, management, and stakeholders across NNPP and subtier suppliers to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

The successful candidate will have a DOE L Clearance (or DOD equivalent), strong leadership, and proven ability to manage risk, schedules, and costs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• US citizenship required due to government contract.
• Periodic travel to NNPP and subtier supplier sites.

Responsibilities

• Supporting project work planning: scope, functional requirements, cost estimating, schedule and budget.
• Supporting solicitation, placement, and oversight of subtier supplier contracts.
• Monitoring project progress and initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Executing schedule and assigned budget resources.
• Interfacing with stakeholders across multiple sites and organizations.
• Identifying and implementing solutions to minimize project impacts.
• Ensuring results meet scope, schedule, cost and technical quality.
• Managing phases from planning to delivery.
