Job summary

International Erosion Control Association in Lakeland, FL seeks an experienced Project Manager focused on multifamily construction. You will ensure timely delivery within budget, manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff, and uphold quality and safety standards across projects.

The role emphasizes maintaining client relationships, accurate cost estimates, and coordinated planning to meet client expectations. Candidates should have 5+ years in multifamily PM and Procore familiarity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Business preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within Multifamily Construction.
  • Procore experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure project is completed on-time, within budget, and constructed with quality and safety.
  • Review proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timeframe, funding, staffing and resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors.
  • Complete materials take-offs, establish cost estimates, and track procurement schedule.
  • Outline work plans with project staff, assign duties and coordinate activities to ensure progress within budget.
  • Coordinate multiple activities to achieve desired results.
  • Demonstrate integrity and alignment with company values while meeting customer requirements.
  • Oversee project financials.

Project Manager Job Description:

The Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing projects specifically within the multifamily sector, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on-time, within budget, and constructed with superior quality and safety
  • Reviews project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
  • Develops and maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors and related vendors.
  • Completes materials "take-offs", establishes cost estimates, develops and tracks material procurement schedule
  • Confers with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority; coordinates activities with project staff to ensure project progress within prescribed budget and provides technical advice to resolve problems
  • Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
  • Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations
  • Oversee project financials
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Business preferred5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within Multifamily Construction
  • Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects
  • Proficient with relevant construction technology; Procore experience a plus

Salary: $115,000.00 - $17,000.00 per year
