Qualifications

• 5-7+ years experience in commercial construction projects exceeding $20M.
• Knowledge of full construction cycle from preconstruction to final closeout.
• LEED, CM-Lean, OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid, PMP certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to bidding and proposal processes.
• Manage document control processes for project documentation.
• Oversee financial management and maintain project schedules.
