Rainbow Restoration of Sacramento is seeking a driven Mitigation Project Manager to lead water, fire, and mold restoration projects in Sacramento, CA. You will oversee scopes of work, coordinate crews, and ensure safety and quality while keeping homeowners, insurers, and property managers informed.

This role requires IICRC exposure or certifications preferred, strong customer service, and proficiency with restoration software such as Xactimate or Dash.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in water/fire/mold mitigation or restoration project management.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, or similar) a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mitigation processes, drying science, and industry best practices.
• Experience working with insurance claims and documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with restoration management software (Xactimate, Dash, or similar).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as needed.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
