Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking Project Managers to lead mission-critical, data center, advanced technology, and industrial construction projects nationwide from planning to turnover.

Ideal candidates bring strong fundamentals in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor oversight, with openness to travel and working within a design-build environment. This role offers growth within a large national project pipeline.

Qualifications

• Ground-up and/or complex construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Open to project-related travel.
• Candidates with data center, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, aviation, healthcare, distribution experience encouraged.

We're looking for construction professionals with strong project-management fundamentals who want access to a substantial national pipeline of technically complex work.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution from planning through turnover
• Own project cost control, forecasting, procurement, contracts, and change management
• Coordinate closely with field leadership
• Manage subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Maintain strong owner and design-team communication
• Develop APMs and Project Engineers

Qualifications

• Ground-up and/or complex construction experience
• Strong financial, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor-management skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Open to project-related travel
• Candidates with backgrounds in data centers, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, aviation, healthcare, distribution, and other complex sectors are encouraged to apply.
