Wollborg Michelson Personnel Service Inc is seeking a Project Manager – Mission Critical (Builders) to lead design-build or CM@Risk teams for critical facilities. The role emphasizes client relationships, mentoring staff, and collaboration with design teams to expedite projects.

You will manage master service agreements, support preconstruction activities, and drive budgets, schedules, and quality control across diverse teams.

Competenze

• Degree in Construction Science and Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience in mission critical facilities such as data centers and telecom.
• High-level understanding of MEP and Fiber Network Systems.
• Detailed knowledge of project accounting and P&L statements.
• Ability to leverage a client network to facilitate future projects.
• Proven leadership experience demonstrating effective communication and servant leadership.
• Collaborative approach with superintendents, project managers, architects, and engineers.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and excellent computer skills.
• Exceptional listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with self-motivation and strong time management skills.

The ideal candidate is relationship-focused with both internal and external clients and possesses strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
