The role is client-facing, requiring on-site leadership, coordination with clients, facility operations, design teams, contractors, and vendors, and oversight from preconstruction through closeout.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Significant real-world experience managing MEP infrastructure and facility projects.
• Strong practical understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and building systems.

The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and mission-critical infrastructure projects within occupied corporate campuses, technical facilities, research environments, and advanced manufacturing spaces.
