Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
• 3+ years of industry-specific experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and construction laws.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in effective collaboration, communication, and negotiation.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Efficacy in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• OSHA’s 30-hour Construction Training Course completed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and compliant driving record; consent to driving record monitoring.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of the project using a PM information control system.
• Manage customer relationships to secure future repeat business.
• Document and communicate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal parties.
• Break down cost estimates for projections.
• Issue purchase orders per guidelines and limits of authority.
• Develop scope of work for subcontractors.
• Track costs and forecast profits monthly.
• Monitor cash flow and billing to maintain profitability.
• Oversee engineering/commissioning resources and subcontractor work.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through completion and warranty.
