Twining, Inc., an innovative engineering, testing, and inspection company, seeks a Project Manager for Sacramento and the Bay Area. The role combines technical oversight with project management to drive successful inspections, testing, and reporting.

You will manage staff allocations, budgets, change orders, client communications, and site visits while aiming for timely DSO and high chargeability. This position offers growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Experience with materials testing and structural inspections is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly with clients and staff.

Responsabilités

• Ensure credentialed staff are used per proposal/contract.
• Oversee timely testing and reporting by lab and field staff.
• Review field and lab reports for accuracy.
• Document and handle nonconformance items.
• Bill accurately and on time; manage budgets and change orders.
• Provide direction and technical assistance to field personnel.
• Communicate with project team; perform periodic site visits.
• Prepare proposals for inspection and testing services.
• Maintain chargeability goals and participate in sales activities.
• Maintain client communication to achieve DSO of 80 days or less.
