Qualifications

• BSCE degree in civil/geotechnical engineering is required.
• California E.I.T. registration within one year preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years civil/geotechnical engineering experience preferred.
• Proficiency in PC applications and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients
• Maintain company chargeability goals
• Collaborate with marketing group on proposals

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the company's project management, proposal preparation, and client interaction
• Support management on materials testing and inspection services
• Provide support in geotechnical operations
• Review daily field reports and laboratory test results for different projects
• Develop proposal writing for material testing, inspections, and geotechnical work
