The base pay for this position ranges from $81,800.00 to $131,000.00, with a comprehensive pay and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• PM certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities for multiple projects from planning through implementation.
• Establish PM processes to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery meeting business expectations.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform decisions for project advancement.
• Track costs, performance and service levels to ensure objectives are met.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and gain alignment.
• Allocate resources and proactively manage risks to keep projects on track.
• Support additional project needs to drive overall success.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities for multiple projects from initial planning through final implementation
• Establish and apply project management processes to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet business expectations
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and drive informed decision-making for project advancement
• Track costs, performance and service levels to ensure project objectives are consistently achieved
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide updates and gain consensus for successful outcomes
• Allocate resources and proactively manage risks to address challenges and keep projects on track
• Support additional project needs as requested to drive overall success

The base pay for this position generally is between $81,800.00 and $131,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
