Job description

Creative work moves fast. You're the reason it also moves smoothly, on time, and on brief.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects, from intake through final delivery, keeping timelines, milestones, and success criteria clear from day one.
  • As Creative Project Manager, support integrated campaigns, product launches, events, and content initiatives across every channel the Global Creative Group touches.
  • Coordinate daily work across editorial, design, production, and video teams so nothing falls through the cracks, focusing on longer-form documents (e-books, case studies, white papers, product sheets, etc)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, review cycles, and resourcing.
  • Guide projects through intake, review, approval, and production, making sure briefs and assets are complete before work begins.
  • Monitor progress and flag risks, dependencies, or roadblocks early enough to actually do something about them.
  • Partner with Creative Operations to align schedules with available resources and get ahead of scheduling conflicts.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience working in an advertising agency or in-house creative team.
  • A track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
  • Comfort influencing people who do not report to you, built through trust rather than authority.
  • Real fluency in creative development and campaign execution, enough to have substantive conversations with designers, writers, and producers rather than simply tracking their tickets.
  • Experience working with global teams across creative, legal, marketing, and other functions.
  • A habit of surfacing risks and scope changes early, before they turn into bigger problems.
  • Genuine interest in process improvement as a core part of the role, not a side task.
  • Workfront (or a comparable project management platform)
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud functions
  • Familiarity with Frontify, Canva, Adobe Express, and related creative platforms is a plus.
  • Work with AI-enabled workflow and resource-planning tools
