Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned project management/ops professional to lead multiple complex deals within a 60-day close cycle.

You will act as the main liaison to sellers, coordinate status updates, and drive issue resolution throughout the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management or operations experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across multiple entities simultaneously
  • 3+ years of experience in rollup, tuck-in, or platform acquisition environments (M&A-driven scaling, entity integration)
  • Hands-on experience managing sensitive, high-volume data records across disparate systems and entity structures
  • Demonstrated experience standardizing, migrating, and reconciling data sets during organizational integration or transition
  • Experience building or refining operational playbooks and SOPs for scaling or integrating newly acquired entities
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing correspondence, with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
