• Strong PM, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners.
• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, dependencies, and business alignment.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives and coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects across processes, systems, teams, and operations.
• Manage internal resources, third-party vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are achieved within timelines and budgets.
• Manage project changes, scope adjustments, and implementation activities.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively.
• Develop communication plans and provide leadership updates on project status, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Use project management tools, metrics, and reporting frameworks to measure progress and success.
• Maintain project documentation, integration plans, decision logs, and governance records.
• Partner with business leaders, operational teams, technology teams, Finance, HR, and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate business processes and implement scalable operational improvements.
• Demonstrate project leadership and strengthen project management and organizational change capabilities.
