Recognized Construction Company, offices Miami, projects all over South Florida. Specialized in Luxury Residential, Ground Up & Renovations, projects over 50M.
Responsibilities
Lead Project Manager.
Face of the client, leading overall project cycle, reporting to the VP/ Principals, manages contracts, costs, schedules, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.
Manage expectations, commitments and day to day operations with subcontractors, design and all project stakeholders, building trust and value throughout the construction process.
Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration.
Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issues.
Process Improvement / RFI / Change Management / Scheduling
Qualifications
B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.
8-15 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a General Contractor & Developer in Luxury Residential, Retail, or Exclusive - High End construction projects over 50M.
To be successful you need to be able to read construction drawings, coordination, and be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.
Organized, time management, passionate and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.
Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software's are important.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a package of up to $120,000 - 150,000 base plus benefits, bonus, allowances, and other perks.
